Chef Asim Khan brings with him over 12 years of culinary expertise, having honed his craft at the prestigious Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai under the renowned Taj Group of Hotels. A true specialist in authentic Indian cuisine and refined Chinese delicacies, Chef Asim blends tradition with creativity, offering guests a memorable dining experience rooted in flavor, skill, and passion

He was later appointed Sous Chef during the pre-opening of Taj Santacruz, Mumbai, where he played a leading role in launching China Inc., a high-end Chinese restaurant that quickly gained recognition for its innovation and quality.

Chef Asim’s leadership reached new heights at Taj Skyline, Ahmedabad, where he was appointed Chef de Cuisine. He not only designed the kitchen and operational structure of the hotel’s Southeast Asian restaurant Nonya, but also created the entire menu — turning the space into a celebrated culinary destination.

He continued his award-winning streak by developing and launching a lineup of standout concepts
